Patch & Weekly Leaderboards Rework

Simple idea to give more tangible rewards to leaderboard scores for weeklies and patch scores. The benefits of this would be increased competition and participation in all trials and maybe result in more people pushing score specifically as opposed to no-death trifecta titles which currently give a more tangible reward than score (which requires less safe strats). Might also increase interest in older trials as well.

1 cool cosmetic per patch. Placing #1-#3 on ANY leaderboard in that patch gives you the cosmetic (or 2 cosmetics, one for position #1, one for positions 2 and 3). The next 3 places get a substantial amount of gold or maybe even some crowns. To prevent some extremely capable groups from locking down all 3 top spots, leaderboards would be revamped to work per account and not per character and a group would be eligible for the #2 or #3 spot only if at least 3/4 of its players are different from the other two spots. "Extra" players technically with higher scores than #2 or #3 are consolidated into the reward bracket. Leaderboards could also possibly be separated per content type with separate rewards (arenas, craglorn trials, solo, DLC trials).

Weekly trials can either be left the same but I'd prefer if the #1-#3 group for a weekly gets a substantial amount of gold as an additional reward to make weeklies more competitive. Since weekly trials at present are extremely noncompetitive and nobody really cares, the current weekly rewards could just be given out for anyone who completes the trial that week on veteran.

That’s way over the top. The weekly reward can be let player choose specific set, specific piece, specific trait. But give gold is just too much, also you can get on board with multiple toons.
