    Skooma bubbler is one of my favorite furnishings. Every home I have has a skooma lounge somewhere

    Youre asking an awful lot here. Elder Scrolls games can be fun or they can be functional but they cant be both at once. Not since Oblivion at least.

    This one is hopeful that moon sugar will be abundant naturally in Elsweyr.

    It is also worth noting that on her brief visit to the land of warm sands this one did see a variety of very pretty new bubblers on her travels.

    There was not the time to stop and make good use of them though on that occasion.

    People need to realize that for Khajiit its an addictive substance, but for Humans and Elves Skooma is a lethal narcotic.

    They mean like giving you a visual filter, slowing your movement, maybe randomly reversing your controls, or even giving you passive debuffs. The effects are actually already in the game as it happens to you during a couple quests.

    Update: there is another pipe object in one of the furnishing packs on the PTS. Again, animated with plumes, this time white smoke/vapor.
