login queue getting kicked or stuck

After 5-10 minutes in the login queue I got repeatedly kicked or stuck and the approximate wait time didn't go down anymore. If I press leave queue and reenter it I'm back at the end of the queue. Its possible that short connection interruptions could be a part of the problem, if that's the case it would be great if your position in the queue would be saved for a short time to be able to reenter it.
Because of that I didn't manage to login for about an hour, even though the login queue initially only was about 10 minutes.
