What is this? I'm also an ESO+ sub, the wait time should be exactly zero minutes.

Entire server needs to unsub right now, but majority wont because they are too scared.

It stopped at 23 min 4 sec, maany times, and now it stops/freezes at 20 min 21 sec.

Haven't been able to log in to PC EU at all today. Its freaking sunday, and I had been looking forward to enjoy hours upon hours of 200% xp time today, but everything has been wasted. Tickets too, not able to get those for today

This is ridiculous!! ESO+ here too, for all its worth. Apparently nothing, so the sub is getting cancelled prior to next payment.

Even more ridiculous is this:

"Maintenance for the week of April 15:
• PC/Mac: No maintenance – April 15"

Yeah, no need for maintenance.. Everything is fine and dandy

The worst part is that during my 23 minute wait, I went to the bathroom rather than stare at my screen.

As soon as I get back, "disconnected due to inactivity".... login and back in the queue...

Ridiculous.

Every day now I am in that queue. Today now I failed two times in a row to get into the game (even after the 20 minute queue time).
I have just now cancelled my sub and will not buy the new expansion.

"Longer term: we are spinning up additional hardware in both our NA and EU datacenters in order to support our growing user base. We expect the time frame for this to be about two weeks, but we will keep you posted. And yes, we are adding more capacity to PC NA as well as EU because we are rapidly approaching the same problem in NA and want to get ahead of it. We will also be looking very closely at our Console megaservers to make sure they have enough capacity.:

Why are they waiting for? what time frame what the f....? If the servers need to be upgraded why aren't they just do that, what the heck are they waiting for? Is this some kind of experiment to see how many players will leave the game and if they will upgrade or not? I think this is a big lie they won't spinn any additional hardware, isn't this suppose to be a priority, or adding some new mounts and stuff to crown store is more important, don't get it.
