I just want to cryodil and have 94mbps and it was unplayable. No packet loss and only like 57ms of latency. Straight terrible. This game is going to crash and burn if this keeps up.

I rate the game 7/10 (6/10 for PvP) because of performance issues.

I would rate ESO 9/10 if the performance was solid, and the bugs were taken care of.

2/10 for sure. Maybe even 1/10. I dont think someone could understand how bad vivec is on xbox, 90% of the time, unless they see it for themselves.

Shor is usually a solid 6-7/10 until its pop locked. still not as bad as vivec, even a lot of the time when viv is 2 bars. But shor is pretty dead unless its prime time.. As are the two no cp campaigns, always.. Great open world pvp options on Xbox rn.

Well in the last week I’ve crashed out of cyrodill at least ten times, been hit into a wall in spindalclutch and was actually IN the wall but not able to move, attack, or use abilities. Mob I was fighting couldn’t attack me but wouldn’t end combat so couldn’t fast travel out or use get me unstuck so had to switch off and re log, had at least ten instances of guild trader search crash, a couple of random load screens and was stuck in combat for ten min after a fight so gotta day 5/10 and that’s generous. PS4 EU

I logged in to make a necromancer with the name I want so the name doesn't get taken by someone else. Lag and fps drops once I left tutorial. Running on top of mount instead of sitting on it. Walls flickered like they sometimes do in Cyrodiil, made me dizzy. I thought they fixed the bug a long time ago already where walls disappeared? I guess it's back? I made it to level 3 with the bugs & lag & lots of people doing the same starter quest and logged off and played another game.

I play both xbox NA and EU and it runs great honestly I live in Colorado so the server is not to far for me I also run fiber internet 1gig upload and 1gig download and I have a 2TB SSD on my Xbox X Sure the game gets a little iffy during prime time in pvp near all those zeros in civic but I'm also a solo player so I'm no where near keeps or anything

So have the best possible location, unreal internet and play the game away from others players........and that's all I have to do to run half *as smooth!?!

With nerf roulette I guess people will complain about the tons of sweeping changes instead of the constant complaining about servers and game performance. Then we can't tell if the issues are because of lag / performance problems or maybe the skills & abilities like ultimates with casting times are supposed to work like that.

PvP is a mess. I mostly play battlegrounds and on Xbox EU (One X) it’s been horrible. The lags, health desynchs and frame drops are ruining fun. The best was an experience yesterday were I was booted into an ongoing battleground: I had no sound effects, characters were black, my second skill bar was empty and I couldn’t activate anything but two skills from the other bar. Took around 2-3 minutes before it got itself right. I mean I wasn’t killed in that time, don’t know if enemies even saw me.

When I started out and everything was shiny and new, it felt like a 7/10.
As time went on I'd say it stayed around a solid 6.

Now? 3/10 at best. The areas I park myself are far less populated compared to 6 months ago yet performance is worse. Haven't step foot in Cyro in 6 months, so I'd hate to think what that's like now.

This game out in 2014 and it can't hold 60 FPS on my GTX 1080. I also average 120 ms on my 1 Gbit connection. That should tell you everything you need to know about performance.

Last month my video card decided to see what setting itself on fire felt like...
For kicks I put an old 660gtx into this system and saw how it ran.

41 FPS was the lowest outside of trials. Trials were a cockup.
Even in pvp it didnt drop below 30.

I never understood how crappy a console has to be to run this game poorly.

That's exactly the feeling I've been getting over the past couple months! Especially the last month. I couldn't put my finger on it but that's it. It's starting to feel like a bad investment. Been wondering if they are revamping a bunch of things to prep for next gen consoles? But that might be wishful thinking.

Edit: I should add that I'm on PS4 and I play mostly pve.

2/10 PS4 pro EU (PVE)
- Hard lags after teleporting
- some freezes in loading screens
- no loot bug
- can't hit some enemies

This are my average day problems. Sometimes it is even more worse.

Xbox NA. For me, 10/10 before Elsweyr dropped, 3/10 after. I got kicked out from the game at least twice a day, audio not syncing, and other issues I've raised in forum.

Personally I like this game better than WoW so I decided to sub with ESO+, right before the Elsweyr update. Sigh... If only the Elsweyr update was optional
