World quest flaw

This is a flaw I've seen with most MMos, and it's that world quests are boring... The quests that get love are usually main story quests, guild/class/race quests, and zone main story quests. I wish developers would throw in off the grid quests with quest starters in hard to find or least likely to be searched places like some island off glenumbra that are rich in story. Not a lot, just sprinkle them on the map. Why do I have to wrangle some guys chicken while he watches? What if though the chicken is a Daedric Prince in disguise with chicken operatives all over tamriel. It gives people a reason to explore

leeux✭✭✭✭✭There are some like that already... one quest in Eastmarch comes to mind, that you'll only get if you pass around a specific area and it's not visible otherwise (unless you're using addons that mark all the quests ofc.)
Not sure if I'd call that quest interesting or not, I personally liked it and it wasn't a short one.
There's another one in The Rift, IIRC... where you find a lonely NPC in a remote place, that asks you for help... This is a mildly funny one.
