can't login into support

HI,
I'm trying to open up a ticket due to constant server disconnection, but when I try to login all the homepage shows is "Login failed", no explanation given, I can log into the game and the forum, just not the support site.
any help is highly appreciated.

M_Volsung✭✭✭✭✭When I had problems logging in to the support site I whitelisted it in my browser's ad blocker and that seemed to sort everything out...
Not sure if that'll help you or not but it's all I can suggest."In the Deep Halls, Far from Men;
