A little problem with ESO Steam

So I bought the game on Steam but I already have the game downloaded via the original launcher.

It seems that if I copy all the archives to the steam folder for the game I can avoid downloading the requiered 72 gbs again. But I need an archive named appmanifest_306130.acf. Can someone please copy the contents of that archive here or send on pm?

Thank you for your response @Taleof2Cities but those instructions are for linking existing accounts. What I am looking for its a file that checks all the data I copied from the zoS ESO folder to the Steam one so I don't have to download all the game again.
