Making a post just to highlight this to ZOS.
The Dungeon Finder has been bugged for years now. I remember this time last year threads being made on the forums, and I'm sure a promise was made that no further events would require use of the dungeon finder until improvements had been made. It's worrying to see a week or two during this current event using the finder, with no mention of the promised improvements.
It's currently in its worst state that I've ever seen.
It takes me several minutes just clicking "join queue" to actually get in a queue, due to the "unable to join queue" ding constantly happening.
After joining the queue it's 20 minutes of pressing 'Ready', seeing the rest of the group press 'Ready', the message change to 'Forming Group', and a minute later "Someone declined the invite..."
I think it's unfair to tie xp bonuses and rewards to the Dungeon Finder at this point; the rewards should just be given for the completion of the dungeon, allowing groups to simply port in and avoid the finder altogether.
I'm now 30 minutes queued as a tank trying to do pledges.
Imagine how bad it's going to get when Elsweyr is released and a slew of new players join - it already cannot cope, it's going to be abysmal.
