So, after this extended maintenance with backend work on the servers, the loading screens are even longer than they've ever been. Me and my entire raiding team has literaly been sat here for five minutes, with only a few getting through. Can we have a single maintenance without something going wrong? Would be awesome.

    Loading screens take longer, mail delivery works longer, loading character takes longer.

    Maybe ZOS should try make maintenance smaller and other systems would follow?

    Gosh, 2 minutes of Requesting character load is too much

    I've noticed that too. Normally loading doesn't take long for me, around a minute maybe (although I don't typically time it) but since the update it's been much, much longer.

    It just took 3 minutes for a character in my home instance to get past the "requesting character load" stage and into the actual loading screen, then a further 2 minutes of that before getting in. And this is loading into a relatively small instance (Mournoth Keep) with no other players (and only 185 furnishings).

    And earlier it took me 3 attempts to log out of a character - the first two times I clicked the button and nothing happened. Everything seems slower tonight, opening my inventory, receiving mail, accessing a crafting station, opening the bank. Listing 3 items on the guild store took about 10 minutes, including multiple attempts to open the window, which is very unusual.

    For now I'm going back to playing another game. I've done the few things I really wanted to do and it's not worth the hassle to try and play any more than that. Whatever it is I hope they get it fixed.

    I am getting the infamous "endless loading screens" at every teleport now.

    Not just everynow and then, but at EVERY teleport.

    If there was any other game that excepting these issues was this much fun; I'd be done here.

    I can’t play a game that doesn’t function, and I sure as sh!t am not gonna fight busted game programming and stupidly long wait times to deal with endless bugs

    Confirmed.
    Loading screens are extremely long and overall performance is bad.
    Many issues, such as guild store loading and group finder(like battlegrounds).

    Even logging off is slow ! "You will log out in 0 seconds" displayed for 30 sec in a house (so a no log off delay zone) !

    I don't know what your all complaining about.

    You log on, poor yourself a cup of Coffee, drink it while eating a sweetroll. After that you have plenty of time to clean your house and walk the dogs. With a lill' bit of luck when you get back and enjoyed a nice warm bath your logged in....

    EU is worse than NA (again). NA seemed fine to me but I couldn't even get all five hirelings mail on one character on EU despite entering and leaving the Outlaw's Refuge twice and very slowly at that because of the load screen delay. I've got my event tickets on both servers and that's it. I'll try again in a few hours.

    This maintenance was a success, it´s just awesome! Getting booted from the game while switching chars works now much faster than before! [/sarcasm]

    BMW's main system (based in Munich) also took a large dump today and has been running at about 30% capacity all day.


    Imagine losing system access for 31 large scale manufacturing and assembly plants, an enormous distribution network, and several thousand Automobile and Motorcycle Dealerships worldwide.

    It's a crying shame that your loading screen is 2 minutes though...

    Can confirm. Cyrodiil (Vivec NA) was laggier than before. Even the smallest fights where some 15 playres were in the vicinity started to freeze the game. Holy lag cow of elder scrolls!!

    That's the thing .. they get stuff wrong, but they do so much right, that so far it's perfectly ok, if they keep working on the game. I just think we need a new one tamriel grade kind of update. Something deep and scary, but ultimately healthy.

    There aren't other games out there worth my time and money more than this one, so I'll stick to it and criticize in a positive manner when necessary. And they do listen.

    loading screens have been horible for weeks. I dont even want to feed mounts because of them. please add a option where i can pay such and such amount of money and the stable master will train until the money runs out lol

    I would honestly pay double or even triple for that. Quadruple if it was instantaneous upfront with a cool down after. 20k for 20 speed with 3 weeks cool down or something.

    Will unsub, pointless to pay for eso+ when i'm spending half of my playtime in the loading screen.
