Luminous Indrik Mount Help

Hey everyone,

I recently started playing ESO again and have start acquiring the event tickets from the current event. My question is, should I buy the berries first to ensure I get the Luminous Indrik or buy the Feathers to get the basic mount first? Will the feathers be available all year round?

Thanks

Berries will be available only during this event. Feathers - all year during events.

So if the feathers are only available during events, I will need to go ahead and get those first to get the basic Indrik mount now and next event I can start on the newest mount upgrade?

The berries change per season. To get Luminous you need to collect all the ones for the current season, which are being release 1 per week. This season lasts as long as the event, which is 5 weeks.

The feathers are available in each event ticket event, regardless of season.

So if you want Luminous you should go for berries, then grab feathers later, potentially in another event if you don't have time in this one.

Ah okay. How many tickets can one get during the event?

Two per day. Eat cake  (sorry, love cake) every day and get your tickets. As to how many, I don't know, a boatload.

LOL! I've been eating as much as possible! I'm just trying to figure out if I should go for berries or feathers first.

So just 8 shy of getting both. If I get the berries first I will have 2 left over and if the next event allows you to earn extra tickets like this one then I should be able to catch up and get both the regular Indrik mount and the next upgrade...

If you want the luminous variant, get the berries first. They're only available during this event, and you're looking at getting 70-ish tickets if you eat your cake every day, which will be enough to get you 4 berries (and the pet and a feather or two) but not 4 feathers + 4 berries. You can get the feathers later on in the year.

If you specifically want the luminous indrik then get the berries first. It's possible to buy the berries without having the basic indrik, then buy the feathers later on. Once you've got the feathers and the berries you can use one then the other to unlock the basic indrik and immediately upgrade it. The berries will not be available after the anniversary event is over, so if you don't get them now you won't be able to get them at all.

Alternatively if you would prefer to get the black or white indrik you can get the feathers now and then get berries during the events in Q3 or Q4.

(You can also buy extra tickets from the crown store, but they're expensive so that may not be a good option.)

Don't you have to have the base mount first to buy the berries now?
Not enough free tickets to get all 8 components.

Even if I get the berries now, I will still be able to get a couple of feathers and should still be able to get the black and white indriks yes?

No, you can buy the berries without having the base indrik. You just can't use the berries unless you have the base indrik. (That was something they clarified after the wording on the berries was unclear.)

Yeah, each quarter's events have provided enough tickets that you can stock up if you're diligent about collecting them. You might be a little tight on the last one, but might as well at least try.

No, you can buy the berries before, you just can't consume them until you have the mount.

You need a set of 4 feathers for each indrik you make. When you upgrade the base indrik it gets consumed, and then you need 4 more feathers to make another base indrik (which you can then upgrade into another variant or leave as-is).

BERRIES. Not Feathers, BERRIES are only available during events.

You got at least 60 tickets to go for this event. Get your BERRIES FIRST, then go for the feathers. Stash the berries in the bank until you get all 4 feathers and make your indrik base mount.

Yeah, I get berries are specific to the event and feathers are around for every event.

I think I might play it safe and get the feathers first, only because I definitely want the Black and White Indriks.

From playing all the events so far, I have made 2 base indriks (one converted into dawnwood) and I have enough feathers to make a third one as soon as I make the Luminous Indrik.

So I would recommend getting the berries first, even if you don't use them until after you've made your preferred indriks.

Also note that while you can only have one of each feather on a character, you can bank them or use an alt if you want to start getting doubles.

They're sold in the crown store for 250 crowns each during events. So that's an option, but as someone else mentioned it's not cheap.

Yeah, the only way I'd buy one is if I needed one more to finish my collection before the last event lol.
