How do you unlock champion costumes?

I’m at 563 champion points and I’ve rrealised I haven’t Seducer or Mannimarco costume. I assumed they would unlock when I gained the respected points.
Maybe I’m just dumb but can someone explain the concept of this please?

While this is a bug for you, they haven't been frozen since the removal of veteran ranks. On PC NA, where I originally started but then switched to XB at console launch, I got to CP 160 several months back and got the remaining costume I hadn't unlocked yet. So, they're definitely still unlocking for people, but if they haven't for you, then it's a specific bug and not that they've "frozen" them.Edited by Jayne_Doe on April 8, 2019 6:06PM1 -

✭@Jayne_Doe I know and I didn’t mean it like that. I meant like you said, they froze (as in a bug) for me since the removal of vet rank.

Number_51✭✭✭✭✭Just picked up Tharn's costume at CP160 (PS4) on a new account yesterday. I think the issue actually lies with people that were on in between stages when they switched from VR+CP to just CP. Seems like there were a number of people that had raised the issue back then.1 -

@Keylun Ah...I see what you mean, now! But, fortunately for me, they didn't freeze for me on PC. I had earned several of the costumes during the VR days, then switched to console so stopped playing on PC for a while. Just started back in last year on PC and earned the final costume, but in the new CP system.
So, it didn't freeze for me, but I can see where it could for players. I hope they're able to resolve it for you!
