(Solved, was wrong) It’s Correct That Shor Has No CP?

If it’s correct, than why am I still getting Roll Doge shiny thing? I don’t remember name, been long Time I used to CP campaign. It’s just I know the shiny thing used to be CP skill. But every time I dodge roll, in which I barley do. Due to me have no Stam. I keep being flared with shiny thing. Many thanks in advance.

Hi thank you. I feel very odd. I originally thought Shor was no cp campaign while back. My bad. Guess my build is really that bad lol. Thanks for this advice
