Anything being done to address this issue? Exhausted ZOS customer support solutions and have had my ticket closed.

There is already a thread on this subject. If Zos had anything to say they would post it in that thread or create their own.

It is probably best to keep that history alive than to get information scattered between two threads only to have one get lost.
