Which patch was it that fixed synergies?

Trying to show proof that synergy cooldown is 20 secs to someone and that patch note stated it.

Under pts notes and not the regular notes because synergies were always 20 seconds and were only on the pts as 30 seconds. Probably because they figured with the new, easier to use nature of the synergy prompt, synergies would be over powered.1
