Something like swapping between crafting and combat

There's one called: Addon Profiles
It doesn't look like it's being updated any more though, which is a pity. I had set up several profiles depending on what I was doing and could switch between them easily, ie. questing, crafting/market, etc.

I use one called "Addon Selector". You can save different profiles to use across your characters. Still requires a reload of course.
