Worm Cult drops

Anyone got any?

This event is the only way to get it and as time goes by the motif drop table will only get larger so the chance of drops will continually get smaller.

Never finished it last year and was kinda hoping I could do so this year.

No pieces so far though.......

Was hoping to see it drop more frequently as I intend to complete it on all my characters. So far only seen 2 drop out of 315 boxes

Drop rate is pretty low here, too.

Zero (0) Worm Cult motifs in 15 reward boxes.

Make sure you’re doing all the dailies on all characters to maximize your chances.

This is discouraging. I also wanted to knock out worm cult style this year without having to spend too much through guild shops.

Feels like I will need to invest the gold I earn selling other motifs to purchase the worm cult stuff

I'm doing 92 crafting writs per day and so far I got 3 Worm Cult motif chapters since the event's start.
It looks like the Worm Cult's drop rate is way lower than last year's drop rate.

Done about 300 boxes now, had only 1 Worm Cult motif page so far.

The nice thing is the price will come down on them, as it will on all the other motifs that can drop from this event, because hundreds of other people will be getting them as the weeks go by and it'll cause the prices to go lower and lower as everyone tries to sell their stuff. So if you can get a few higher-priced motifs you already know to sell before their prices tank some, at the end of the event you'll probably be able to easily buy whatever chapters you still need.

I have done probably 350 boxes and haven't seen a page. So my drop rate is worse than last year.

I had just gotten a new puppy during Anniversary Event last year and had no time to play ESO so I missed out on Worm Cult. Really disappointed by these horrid drop rates compared to Dremora, Hollowjack, Skinchanger, etc. Will Worm Cult be available all 5 weeks this year?

Nowhere near as rare as it is now. It's obviously been tweaked to stop the market becoming flooded with them. They just need to do the same with the hollowjack motifs next time around too.

I've gotten a couple, but I already have the set on my crafter. It's no where near as common as skinchanger or hollowjack, but by the fifth week it should be affordable to complete for your main crafter.

I've gotten 2-3 so far. They will all go on the market though, as I completed last year.

Only one so far.

I very badly injured my hand last year and was only able to do the crafting dailies for the first and last few days of the anniversary event. But I got the whole style plus leftovers.

Drop rate this year appears to be much lower.

Maybe with necromancer coming soon, they figure full on necro types will reeeeeeeally want their necro characters to have that style, and are driving the price up.

Seems the same to me. I noticed the drop rate was really poor last time around which is why I bought most of them in spite of opening a crap ton of boxes last year.

In any case, we have no proof either way, so this speculation is useless.

No Worm Cult drops so far. Not even any worms!

I'm glad I already finished the motif last year.

This year we have specific event boxes for each activity (Anniversary Jubilee Gift Box (Crafting) for example) instead of just generic boxes for everything.
Maybe each type of box has different drop rates for event-specific stuff like the Worm Cult motif. Easy dailies like crafting writs could have very low drop rates and harder or more time-consuming ones like dungeons, trials or PvP have higher drop rates.
Guess we'll find out in a few weeks.

25 characters doing crafting writs daily and not a single Worm Cult motif. I had a bunch left over from last year that I dropped in the guild store about a month ago thinking the prices would tank once this event started. Shoulda held onto them....

15 characters with 4 turn ins each now. So 420 boxes. So far zero Worm Cult. Not fretting it though. Finished that motif last year and was still selling pages as of last month.
