"Alliance" music boxes

I bought all 3 of them right after they came on crownstore. I got notification that i bought them and crowns disappeared like -ofc- they should, but i cannot find music boxes anywhere. they are not on my collection or inventory. When i try to place them whole category (services) is missing.
