Anyone get to see the new leeching plate? I love the set and sad to hear they changed it.

    I have several pieces of this set for a long time. Never thought the 30 second GCD was useful. But I could be confusing this with another, at the pancake house and first cup of coffee.

    So what is different about the set?
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    they said on the live stream that they are changing a lot of necromancer "flavored" sets..the ones i remember
    - leeching plate
    - whitered hand
    - essence thief
    - i think also affliction
    not sure if they mentionned more, can't remember

    No I haven't and I'm bummed reading this. They better not "nerf" it and I would prefer they just leave it alone and stop changing things I enjoy using. Because I love the set too. It's great for when you are outnumbered. And almost every time they change something I use it's for the worse.

    They already made me hate playing my healer. I would prefer they not ruin my tank as well.

    Im wondering if they will make certain sets necromancer specific incorporating the corpse mechanics

    I agree, they shouldn't nerf it. The armor is not over-powered. But when is the last time they changed something to make it stronger? That doesn't happen often. So I'm sure you can understand why I'm worried it's getting nerfed.

    They'll basically nerf it so Necromancer can't AFK trials solo. I too enjoy Leeching, awesome set.

    I wouldn't mind seeing it buffed in some way. Keep all the abilities pretty much the same and tweak the numbers to make it more useful. If they are going to dramatically change the way it functions, they might as well just leave it as is and make a new set instead.

    There was quite a few. PvP sets particularly.

    It must not have been any I used then. Because the only sets I used in PvP they changed were my monster sets, and those changes were for the worse and took away their ability to critically hit.

    That's what I say as well. If they want to change the way the set functions they should just add a new set instead and leave this one alone.

    I'll be pleasantly surprised if they "buff" it. 9 times out of 10 changes mean a nerf.
