What is wrathstone actually is? Hard to understand from newbie.

I read store's description, but not know well.

Is it dungeon? New area?

Some items have clear description that it is pet, mount, weapon, but some of them have none title, so I dont know what it is.

And about wrathstone collector edition? What is it? Just added xp scroll, mount, pet and cost 2500 more? or what else added?

Wrathstone is a dungeon DLC, that is the first part of the Season of the Dragon. The two dungeons are Frostvault and Depths of Malatar. The actual "Wrathstone" is an old tablet that is the key to releasing dragons on Elsweyr. And to answer the last bit, the Collector's edition gives you the Mount,pet and the xp scrolls(cheaper to buy that if you want the mount/pet, as well as the dungeon)

So 2 dungeons and 1500 crown? Isn't it expensive compared to other Zone DLC? Those have new area, new 2 dungeons, and new gears and still 1500~2000 crown.

It's not a zone DLC, only dungeons. At least for now it will always be
Q1: Dungeon DLC
Q2: Chapter
Q3: Dungeon DLC
Q4: Small Zone DLC

So you mean other Zone DLC is more expensive than 1500 crown, so it can justify Wrathstone's price?

Usually 2k.(Clockwork, Murkmire, TG, DB) Orsinium was a DLC, but it was basically a Chapter before Chapters were a thing, have ESO Plus, so I don;t usually purchase dungeons.
