There is an addon called idle emote, you can set emotes to play after x msec idle（configurable）. I use this to not feel neck pain when looking at my scholar and telvanni personality （they always lower their head when idle）

The downside being you can't sit unless you disable it, because it trigger the emote and causing you to leave the chair
