Some quality of life suggestions for crafting

Refine All
Instead of refining 10 raw material items at a time, refine the whole stack of selected raw material items as if you would have done it 10 at a time (e.g. if you have 105 raw items, it refines 100 at once giving you the same results as if you had refined 10x 10 raw items).

Stack master writs
Stack the exact same master writs - especially regarding alchemy, enchanting and provisions writs. This makes it easier if you have multiple of the same writ to craft them at the same time after each other. Alternatively, if ZOS doesn’t want surveys to stack, at least sort them in inventory so that the exact same writs are listed after each other.

Multiple crafting surveys
If you have multiple of the same crafting surveys, you now need to harvest the nodes move away some distance and return to get the nodes respawned. Instead it would be easier to base the amount to harvest on the amount of crafting surveys you have. So if you have say 3 Auridon Blacksmith crafting surveys, if you harvest the nodes, give 3x the amount of resources as if you had used all three surveys after one another.

Refine All - I wonder how this would work under the current way of refining? The game's "dumb logic" requires you to have 4 free inventory slots before it lets you refine materials, to allow for the 4 possible types of results: (1) up to 10 pieces of refined material, (2) 1 basic style material, (3) 1 trait material, and (4) 1 quality/tempering material. Presumably "Refine all" would still refine a stack 10 at a time, so the game could recheck the number of free slots after each step and stop refining as soon as there were no longer 4 free slots, and I'm not sure whether that would be much faster than if you did it manually. On the other hand, if the game were to process an entire stack in "one fell swoop," it would presumably need 4 free slots for every 10 items in the stack before it would even let you try, such as 40 free slots to refine a stack of 100, or 80 free slots to refine a stack of 200. A smarter way might be to require "only" 23 free slots per stack of 200-- 1 slot for the refined mat, 9(?) slots for the basic style mats, 9 slots for the trait mats, and 4 slots for the tempering mats. So it could be doable, but how should the devs do it so that everyone is happy?

Stack Master Writs - Oh, sweet Meridia, yes! And how about letting treasure maps stack, too? It will probably never happen, but it's nice to dream.

Multiple Crafting Surveys - That sounds nice, but it could be dangerous. I once "lost" an Alchemy survey because the game disconnected me right after I harvested my first lush plant, and the survey disappears from your inventory as soon as you harvest one of the nodes. When I logged back in, my survey was gone and so were all the nodes. Imagine having a stack of surveys and getting booted as soon as you harvest the first "mega node"-- you'd presumably lose all of the surveys in that stack, and you'd be shafted out of the other 5 "mega nodes."

For RNG purposes, they'd have to treat each individual harvest, or refinement as an individual transaction. Otherwise you'd be at the mercy of one large "mega" RNG chance for them. Thank god for multicraft on PC, I'll queue up the sometimes thousands of materials I have and just go get RL stuff done while it processes.

To be honest, I hadn’t thought of this as I have an ESO+ subscription and thus the craft bag. Everything gained from refinement is automatically put into the craft bag.

Funny, as I have noticed that on PS4 the survey isn’t removed until I have harvested the last node. Maybe if I were to log out it would remove the survey.

Even if they were to just let the nodes respawn when you read the next survey would already be a lot of help.

Regarding the surveys. It would be a huge step just to allow “/reloadui” to repopulate the survey because as it stands, some surveys reset after you run about 30-40m away, where others require you to travel 100m+ away, with no rhyme or reason as to why. This is only a minor inconvenience with some areas, but others located on islands and whatnot can create quite the time sink just resetting the stupid survey.

As for treasure maps, since they cannot be stacked, there is absolutely no reason why the dirt mound can’t spawn the second you pull one out of your mailbox after having just looted the previous chest. There is even precedent for this as there is one particular treasure map that respawns the dirt mound instantly after placing a map in your inventory even if you’re standing directly on the “node”. (For fear that ZOS would change my one sweet map I will not post the exact one on here, but I have tested it 40+ times on multiple characters and multiple days so I know it wasn’t a one-time fluke.) This would be one small improvement at least for the treasure maps. (I’m looking at you Betnikh II)

I'll take a "scroll bag" like craft bag but for master writs, surverys, maps, etc. Keeps them out of my inventory and essentially spreads them account wide at the same time. Also stack similar ones together to keep it easier to read.

The ability to refine all seems fine. I understand if they might make it work like the decon addons and have it go through each one at a time rather than one quick auto refine. I'd be ok with either option. I use an addon right now, but console users must go nuts pressing the button over and over.

Surveys and other maps should go in the crafting bag

Also I would like to save potion recipes in a recipe list, to make it easier to craft potions

A better filter for furnishing crafting. Right now the existing lists are quite confusing. Furnishings require a big overhaul, IMO.

Refine all - I would like "refine amount", like I want to refine 200x ores, instead of all. Sometimes I want to keep some ores for selling them later.

Last thing - I would like that crafting stations to hold more than one attunement, so we can save space in guild halls. In such a station you could select the set the same way you select the style.
    - a solution would be to have multiple stations by trait. 2 traits being the cheapest while the ones holding multiple 9 trait sets to cost the most vouchers. Imagine how much space you would save with such an implementation!

Putting all these in the crafting bag (or a similar one) would be great. Just let us search it easier, possibly by expanding and contracting the set.

Why can't treasure maps stack? No reason for that since surveys do stack as expected.

Letting the site respawn when a new map is read would be great.

Split your stacks and then refine the entire stack. How often do people refine a partial stack? Live with it or have some simple work around unless it is really common. It is a pain to click square so many times.

(All this is on the PS4. No addons PC players use there.)
