Yeah, 2h/Bow is pretty good in PvE. I used it with my Stamsorc and can hit 48k-50k if I have fracture applied for me. I run Automaton(jewelry and weapon)/Relequen(armor)/Stormfist(heavy/light). Bow is vMA infused. Here is my bar setup:
Two-Hander Bar
Wrecking Blow, Rearming Trap, Hurricane, Executioner, Bound Armaments, Flawless Dawnbreaker

Bow Bar
Endless Hail, Poison Injection, Rearming Trap, Caltrops, Bound Armaments, Stor Atronach

All divines gear with an infused helm. One robust, two bloodthirsty. Shadow Mundus Stone. Sharpened Two-Hander with absorb stam enchant.

Nomenclature - LA = Light attack
HA = Heavy Attack
BS = Bar swap

Start with Hurricane before fight and on bow bar.

Rotation: Rearming trap > LA > Endless Hail > LA > Poison Injection > LA > Caltrops > LA > BS > (Wrecking Blow > LA)x4 > Hurricane > LA > Rearming Trap > HA > BS > Endless Hail ( repeat from endless hail)

Cast Rearming trap on Front bar until execute. At execute, which starts at 30% for two handers, drop Caltrops and cast Rearming trap on you backbar now. Then replace Wrecking Blow for five Executioners.

You can swap the Rearming on front bar for cleave in trash fights.

Food is dubious and potions are weapon damage.
