Magicka characters freeze for 2-3 seconds during rotation

This has been happening to my magicka charactes during combat, it's mostly smooth but every once in a while the magicka character's freezes and then everything fires all at once. It's really irritating during a trial

I think you are using Channeled Acceleration as part of your rotation.

No I get this not using CA. I’ll be doing my rotation it will freeze and then all of a sudden fire off lots of animations and catch back up.

Also worth saying there’s no ping spikes or frames drops it just happens on the odd occasion

I have trouble with the weapon swap... so I actually moved my elemental blockade to my front bar so I don't have to swap as often.

Also I block cancel to stop the freeze.

This appeared after 2nd wrathstone patch, annoying as hell, i guess new glitch.

It did not happen before, I started after the murkmire patch for me. Happens even when I have 60+ fps and strangely only on magicka characters

Had it many time that I get kinda stuck in a LA animation, and then all of a sudden I throw out 3 whips and 5 la in 2seconds

Happens a lot on my Stamplar too. Yeah, Jabs + light weaves and then frozen for a bit then suddenly many go out all at once.

Plus the usual stuck in heavy attack position thingy, even if doing only light attacks and not a single heavy in the whole combat. Happens especially with Lightning destro. Same on resto staff.

Update (or delete some of) your addons. I couldn't login because of the outdated Awesome Guildstore a few weeks ago for example.

Yup common bug that has yet to be fix. Jabs + light attack is common way to trigger this bug. it seems to be an issue with right after light attacking the damage does not want to relate to the server or something. very annoying

Yo i know it.. Your character stops moving (while casting skills with light attack cancelling) and then he/she fires multiple light attacks in one moment

I have this happen on occasion. Mid rotation on a Target Dummy will make a light attack lock up for a second, then it will fire along with the skill I was trying to use next. It is pretty annoying, but it is also pretty rare.
