Can the Maelstrom Dual Wield set effect apply to multiple single target DoTs if a flurry is cast before each?

Cruel Flurry:
(2 items) When you deal damage with Flurry, your next single target damage over time ability used within 10 seconds gains 2003 Spell and Weapon Damage.

yup. My rotation on my stam sorc is based around this exactly. flurry>rearming trap>flurry>twin slashes>flurry>poison injection...
etc

interesting tidbit; rearming trap actually "stores" the cruel flurry buif to activate when the trap rearms
