Ps4 - Load Screens - CC bugs

I'm just reporting this too make sure we are not forgotten.
In PvP - We continue to battle loadscreens in the middle of defense and offense. As well as CCs bugs not being able to break free in lag - and it taking stam before we have broken free.
Please let me know if you would like a video of this, as I could document these problems. PC looks to have not that big of an issue with this as we have, and had continue to have.
