I NEED A LAG BUILD

With faction locks coming, Vivec is just going to get laggier and more crowded. For example I’m a mag plar. During intense vivec lag my jabs will not cause damage and my Hod I need for healing get lost in the Matrix. I know other players have builds that are way more effective in heavy server lag than others. Does anyone know of classes/builds that perform well in heavy vivec lag?

I'm quite tempted to try that DLC... this is the third time the lag kicks me away. Are you sure there's no lag at all?
(Unarmed stealth is quite cool in Oblivion btw, and can be paired with touch spells)Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly

✭Go with a siege build:- no skill needed
- insane ap/h for pvdoor -- 50-100k ap/h normal and 100k-200k if you log in to pvdoor when you have low pop bonus
- getting a 20% buff next patch
- cheap since you actually do not need to use pots and your quick slots are already full of siege
- emp buffs this build insane pvdoor potential
- 40+k hp with blessed and alessia armor shows everyone how COOL you are. They will will just give up on killing you while you could kill them easy with your stack of cold fire siege.
- Update 23Ice Furnace: This item set now grants Spell Damage, rather than Weapon Damage for the 4 piece bonus0 -

✭✭If you want to beat lag, you can only do it with a few things:
1. Don't count on direct heals to work, instead stack HoTs. I highly recommend mutagen. If you stack enough you don't need anything else to survive the lag. Recommend resto ult as well and NEVER using BoL/Honor the Dead/Templar heal ulti in a super laggy situation. The heal will be delayed unlike heals from HoTs (seems HoTs and mutagen have higher priority).
2. Invest in a shielding set or healing set if you still have trouble surviving. Last patch shielding sets always applied before damage and helped you survive one shots and situations where your non-HoT healing was delayed, not sure if that is true now. Healing sets also work. Keep in mind this gonna cut your damage down and the CDs suck on them, so weigh the cost and benefit of the set(s).
3. Block, don't roll. Rolling sometimes bugs out in lag, but blocking always works reliably.
4. Pre-buff or roll before you see an army of idiots. Keep major expedition on if you can because it seems to improve the performance of rolling when you move a certain way (similar to the targeting bug when facing someone with too much speed in Summerset patch).
If a faction attacking you, roll before you even get hit. Once they start attacking you, even with light attacks, you will notice the game will start ignoring your input. If you practice this enough, you will eventually be able to always roll and avoid damage from even an entire faction... Invis + immovability pot will ensure you pretty much always get away or don't instantly die if its used correctly.
5. For damage, ...well...better be in a ball yourself! Haha!0 -
