Elsweyr and Summerset Purchase

Hello guys! I decided to post this because I want to hear your opinion on the matter.
So I play on Xbox and I'm trying to save a buck, do you guys think it's wiser to buy the Elsweyr version that comes with Summerset, or buy them separately? I believe the Xbox Spring Sale is coming up and I may get Summerset for a good price, or even get it with the anniversary sale.
Elsweyr I'll want for sure, I mainly want Summerset to get access to the Psijic skill line.
