Dont know it im just completely missing something here, but the magicka flood passive (+8% max mag) doesnt seem to be working correctly for me.
You get the buff for having a siphoning ability slotted, but my stam nightblade only has leeching strikes on the backbar, so 1 siphoning ability. I should get the buff on that bar right? But its not giving me the buff, but it does give me the buff on my frontbar where i dont have a siphoning skill?

I’ve seen this before with abilities in general. Weapon swoping a couple of times fixes it.Looking for any guildies I used to play with:
Havoc Warhammer - Alair
LoC EQ2 - Mayi and Iskiab
