It's also worth stressing-- if you haven't already done so-- that we can earn 5 tickets each day, with today being a special case since we can earn 8 tickets.

By now established players should know to keep frequent tabs on how many tickets they already have before doing anything that will earn them tickets, but newer players might need to be reminded.

In fact the same criticism re reset times applied to last year.

You frequently see players complaining about not receiving their tickets "today" but I bet most of the time that's because they don't know when the reset is.

Misinformation like your guide won't be helping with that.
