Question about Tenacity CP. How does it work?

Okay from what I read of the CP it gives extra % of the resource you gain from heavy attack...

So by default you gain 10% of max resource. If i had 10% bonus from CP I would instead gain 11%?

Is this the case? (Coz it sounds like a utter waste of points to me if so)

No, you don't get percetage based resources restored on a heavy attack, it is instead a flat amount that depends on the weapon you use. Tenacity should then increase that flat amount by up to a maximum of 15%.

Does this stack with other abilities that give back a percentage after a full heavy attack?

Each type of weapon returns a specific flat amount of resources.

These are the base values as per UESP:



Tenacity will increase these by x percent. So take the above values and multiply by 1.x to get the final value (value is floored, not rounded).
