Upgrading Indrik with berries

Can I get a new "base" Indrik then upgrade it with the new berries to have both the new and previous upgraded Indrik? (I already upgraded one during Jester event.)

You can collect all 5 indriks (4 upgraded and one base).

I'll rephrase the question. During the next event we can get 76 tickets. Can I spend 40 on a new base Indrik and another 40 for berries and upgrade the base directly to the latest version OR I need to upgrade step by step?

That's what I've been doing, each event I buy the currently available berry and a new feather. By the time the fourth event is done I upgrade my current Indrik and have four feathers to create a new one.

What steps? You get new base indrik, you get 4 berries of one season, you upgrade.

You should collect the berries first then the feathers since the berries will be gone after the event and the feather will remain.
In the Anniversary Event you can collect a total of 72 tickets.

Yes, you can get a new base indrik and upgrade that to the next type of indrik. Each new morphed indrik needs a new base indrik. You don't have to worry that your old morphed indrik will disappear because it gets morphed to the newest one.

The only "step" you need to do is make sure you have a new base indrik each time you want to morph the next indrik (assuming you have the berries for it).

Minor wrinkle: If you don't have a Nascent Indrik in your collection currently, you cannot buy berries. So, you might not be able to get the berries during this event if you're starting from zero.

He is asking, I think if you continue to update the Dawn-wood Indrik, further into the next Indrik and so on? Stopping when you have the one you want, which is not the case.

Stage 1 - 4 feathers = Nancent Indrik

Stage 2 - 4 berries = Dawn-wood Indrik

The end.

Restart stage 1- 4 feathers = Nancent Indrik

stage 2 - 4 different berries with new event = Lumnious Indrik

The End.

By this point you would have 2 separate Indrik mounts and if you wanted, begin collecting Feathers again for a third. Feathers can be gotten at anytime using any spare tickets you may have, berries can be gotten only during and after the current event which updates with the new berry.

Can someone post a link to an actual ZOS statement that says we can have more than one Indrik? So far, all I see is with each event we will have the opportunity to continue to evolve our current Indrik.

ZOS statement:
Once you have all four unique Indrik Berries, use any of them to transform your Nascent Indrik mount, replacing it in your Collections UI with a new, evolved one!

I would love to see some clarification on this.

Well, I'm not gonna look for a post sometime last Autumn, but I currently have an evolved (Dawnwood), and Nascent Indrik , with spare feathers in the bank...

There is no need to post the info because some of us already have multiple Indriks. I got the base, then 4 berries, then evolved my original, then got another base with 4 more feathers.

I currently have 1 base, 1 evolved, and feathers sitting in my bank waiting until I get enough berries to evolve again.

You can have multiple indriks, but only 1 of each type at a time.

Each Indrik - Base and each Evolved has a different NAME in the mount list.

So this is why you can have one of each, but not more than one of each. This is why you can evolve the NASCENT (base) into a "Dawnwood" indrik and this will not be replaced by the "Summer Bloom" (name made up) Indrik. And why "base" Indrik can be its own mount and never be evolved.

So at the end you have 5 different NAMED mounts, regardless that they are the same animal with different coats.

That's how this is able to work. If every evolved Indrik was the same name, or the name didn't change - then you'd just have the one option forever.
