PC/NA Skywatch covered in corpses?

Ported to Skywatch for daily quests and found dead bodies strewn throughout nearly the entire city. We are talking Season 1 Walking Dead density of corpses.

Is this some April Fools joke by ZoS related to the Necromancer?


*as I was posting I saw the player committing Elf Genocide in Skywatch. Seems the spawning of corpses may be bugged? The work is very impressive for a player nonetheless!

If you don't take the loot from a corpse it stays a while. Probably what you're seeing. I went to watch this person! They got the aggro of a huge group of npcs, took them all out, and when the guard came by they cloaked until guard went away. Honestly impressive indeed XD

If they are just doing in Altmer, after how they treated Khajiit and Woodies in the college, more power to them. Although, I would prefer that the dunmer get their fair share.
I only completed the Morrowind quest line on one toon (I have 10 cp level toons). Everybody else happens to accidentally never do the final quest and so I can go to Vivec City and listen to the screams from the meteors whenever I'm depressed and want to feel better.

Meh. Using cloak to dodge the guards? Pfft. Ya need at the very least 10 guards on ya before ya give them the slip. Reigning blood & terror!
