I tried looking this up and haven't been able to find any answer really, are there any benefits to 100% Zone completion (i.e): Title,Dye unlocks, gear ect ect?

or is it this just personal preference?

If you have done all zones i guess there is a titel.

There are related titles for completing the quests in each zone and if you complete all 3 plus Cyrodiil there is another title.

I think it the title for all of it is Hero of Tamriel. Not in game ATM to check.

Titles and dye unlocks for completing all achievements for each territory and Cyrodiil. And another title ('Tamriel Hero') for doing all of that.

You also get titles and dyes for completing certain objectives across the 3 alliances in PVE.
