Weapon swap bug

I don't know if this problem occurs due to addons so I would like to know if other people experience this. Sometimes when I weapon swap during pvp quite quickly and try to cast my number 5 skill it for some reason casts my number 3 skill. number 5 skill is vigor and number 3 skill is bound armaments.
