Is there a way to get the same Elsweyr Upgrade I would get with a new buy?

Buying a new game now would give me the Elsweyr Expansion, the Summerset Expansion and the Morrowind expansion, but buying the Upgrade only gives the Elsweyr Expansion...

Is there any way to upgrade the vanilla ESO game so that I get the previous Expansions too, or do they say "screw you, we already got money from you once, you can go F off if you dont like our business!"?

Scratch that. I just double checked it. You cant buy an upgrade that contains all the chapters. You'll have to buy them individually.

Check the different collections available on the website. You can sometimes save money by buying the base game again in a special deal that includes at least some of the chapters - at the moment I think it includes Morrowind, Summerset and Elsweyr, or there's another collection with Morrowind, Summerset and 4 DLCs, but you need to check the details. My understanding is that if you register such a collection to your existing account it will simply upgrade the account to include the stuff you didn't already have. It's therefore a case of seeing whether it's cheaper to buy such a collection than buying just the chapters through individual upgrades.
