Precise on front bar. Infused on back. Is the damage applied when you weapon swap ?

Question.

For my pet Sorc I have precise Destro staff on my front bar and infused on the back bar. I typically like to activate all my skills on my back bar (infused) and swap to my front bar (precise) to heavy attack while my pets do damage. Then I repeat the cycle.

If I press my skill ‘volatile familiar’ on my back bar (infused) and then swap to my front bar (precise) will the precise spell crit be active ?

Or do I need to press ‘volatile familiar’ on the front bar (precise) for the precise spell crit to be active?

Essentially,
Does it matter which bar I activate my skills. As long as I swap to the ‘precise’ Destro staff while their damage is taking effect.

Your abilities inherit the stats of whatever bar you are currently on, regardless of whether or not the abilities were cast on your other bar.

EDIT: It is worth noting that enchantments on your back bar (berserker for example) will proc on your front bar if you have certain weapon abilities active (blockade for example) and the enchantment will benefit from infused. If you used a damage enchant on your backbar it would benefit from both infused and the precise trait on your front bar.
