MagBlades may take a hit regarding the loss of minor berserk. But, what if ZOS compensated (or alleviated some of the pain) by allowing one morph of Entropy (perhaps Degeneration) to proc Major Sorcery without requiring a target (also allowing this to NOT pull them from stealth)? This could actually be beneficial for all mag classes.
Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

    I honestly welcome as many passive buffs as possible. Pressing a button for literally no reason (or little to none) serves no purpose in a game and actually detracts from action oriented gameplay.

    Doesn't really matter for PvE since you just use spell potions all the time anyways but I don't see any reason why this shouldn't happen.

    Magblades requires multiple class specific buffs, not a blanket magicka buff.

    I don't use cloak, so it doesn't really bother me. I do wish they'd adjust the duration though. 14 seconds is kinda short.

    The skill says "while active", the skill is active for 20 seconds, so. And even if it acts like you are saying, the heal from the light/heavys is not reliable so you really dont need cast it more then every 20 seconds anyways.

    Surge and armaments don't have a damage portion to their skills. I would be fine with entropy being a 30 second buff but you have to take away the damage/healing part of the skill. Leaving the heal on light/heavys for degeneration and the 8% health on structured entropy.

    It is still enough to pull targets out of stealth in PvP isn't it and can proc skoria? There are no 30 second dots in this game, the longest I can think of right now is boundless storm, and that lasts for 23 seconds.

    Nah they fixed that - it doesn't break cloak any more sadly. It probably still procs skoria though.

    Then take the damage portion away from one morph and allow it to function without requiring a target. Perhaps on the one that doesn't require a target to benefit from the morph (ie Structured Entropy). Leave that one at 20 seconds and make Degeneration last 30 seconds (because you'll most likely need the longer duration while in combat) That would work, right?
