Orc - BIS for max dmg stam
Redguard - BIS for sustain stam
Breton - BIS for mag

✭✭✭✭✭Redguard sucks, but Orc and Breton are definitely BiS. Breton isn't very far ahead of Altmer/Dunmer though. Orc is miles ahead of rhe other stam races though.1 -
