"Fire and Flames" Raiding guild recruiting members for core group

Fire and Flames raiding guild is looking for 2 DD's and 1 Healer for our runs on Monday. Current goal is vMoL HM, moving onto vMoL no death and eventually craglorn score runs. We raid at 8PM CET.
Requirements:
Healer - all healing sets, general vet trial exp and vmol exp
DD - 45k+ dps on 6 mill (ele drain and orbs allowed)
