Reverse Slice or Executioner?

Hi everyone! I've used reverse slice for ages now, but was wondering if Executioner would be more appropriate?

StamDK - Medium armour, S&B 2H, solo/small scale PvP usually Vivec.

I know reverse slice is good for AOE but as a StamDK I can rly only focus one target at a time. The thing that caught my eye was somewhere on a forum or reddit post someone mentioned that the Executioner morph buffs your other 2H abilities? Is that a thing or have I made it up? Thanks

    It doesn't buff other skills.

I rather use reverse slice. 1v1 fights aren't a common thing in pvp, except for duels of course.
Also if you are fighting a group you can always focus on the squishy one, any tankier player close to your target might take more damage this way rather than hitting them directly.
