Heimlyn Keep reliquary stuck behind cave wall

After I tabbed out of the game and returned, my character was stuck behind the wall and I could see the edges of the map. I jumped off the textureless edge and was greeted to an endless fall
that kicked me out of the game 5 times before my character was booted out of the cave and I could go back to playing normally.
