Magic Shield Questions?

I have not played around with magic shields for a long time, So have a few noob questions on how it works, i hope you can help me with 
1: If i have 2 item set that give shield + shield ability. Can all 3 shields stack?
2: If all 3 shields can stack and i tage a huge damage. what shield break first?
3: Du resist work on shields so they take less damage?
4: Do the set Jorvuld's Guidance also give the 40% uptime to shields made from other sets/CP/weapon glyp?
5: Do the CP that makes shields stronger also work on shields from set items?

2) First come, first served - shields can be refreshed though without changing the order
