The tooltip says it reduces "damage taken from player Light and Heavy Attacks...". Now... does this mean only PLAYER damage (ie. only useful in PvP), or does this include NPC/PvE damage, too?
(If the latter is the case, they should probably reword that tooltip to say "damage taken from enemy Light and Heavy Attacks.")
