High Elf - Staffs weapon after ult don't heavy attack

After using "Power Overload" High Elfs can't heavy attack with staff nor heavy attack with the same ult (if used again).

When the bug happens:

1. Activate the ult "Power Overload;
2. The ult ends automatically with no energy left;
3. The heavy attack stop working;

A quick but not effective fix:

1. Activate same ult;
2. do a light attack;
3. end ult manually by pressing R again;
4. Staff weapons - Heavy attack will work again
5. "Power overload" - Heavy attack will work again

This bug spoils the strategy of combat and is anti-gameplay causing frustation to the player.

Notes:

• The bug will happen everytime the ult ends on it's own (automaticaly - no energy left).
• There are times when the player ends the ult manually and bug will still happens too.
• I've tested in Dark Elfs and it works just fine.
• High elfs have this bug but if a player starts with a different race and change it to high elf with a "Race Change token" the bug it'll not happen.
