Dragonscale Crown Crates

I bought 20 and got my first ever crown crate mounts ever!

Like waiting ages for a bus, two came along at once.

The Sweetroll Bear and the Dragonscale Guar.

Managed to get most of the other things I liked the look of also.

How were your crates?

I got two of the new apex mounts, which was pretty cool. Got the new skin, which looks awesome. Very happy with these crates, unlike the lizard ones we had. I hated those.

Bought 16 and got the Tenmar-Senche-Tiger and the Dragonscale Bear. Would've prefered the horse, since that's my favourite type of mount but I still gladly take it. Also bought the skin and have 140 gems for the next crate season.

Won't be buying crown crates anymore. I don't have enough spare cash to spend on a gamble, hoping I get the item I want. If I can buy the item(s) outright then maybe. But tossing money down the toilet isn't something I can afford to do and in the past more often than not that is exactly how it turned out. So I'm nope'ing out in regard to crown crates from now on.

The lack of costumes is unfortunate, though. I'll get my usual 15 pack and that'll be that. Might wait too, since they pulled a "let's put this on sale for ESO+ members towards the end of the season" trick. I will happily save $10 by waiting.

Just not excited about what I'm seeing. The mounts seem underwhelming to me imo. Nothing that I would actually want to spend money on. I saved up a bunch for this but am going to pass until something comes out that I truly want to buy.

Didn't buy any. They're ... boring? Yeah, that's the word. Nothing interesting, except for the nose to ear chain, which I already had enough gems for.

Not that I judge anyone else - you do you. Spend your hard earned money on whatever you'd like.

Bought the skin with gems. May grab the emotes because they're silly. Or, maybe not. Nothing else catches my eye on this round.

I like the look of a few of the tattoos, I bought crates just to get enough gems to buy the glowing Meridia ones.

All that I liked in the Xanmeer crates were the coloured tattoos also.

I like playing dress up with my characters and the tattoos really help.

The mounts were an unexpected bonus.

I bought 30. The first 15 pack was all nonsense and basically the only thing I wanted that I actually got was that weird little puffin like bird pet. The 2nd 15 pack was much more thoughtful and there is really nothing left in the crates that I feel like I need or want. I do wish we could trade the apex level mounts for a different one if we wanted. I seriously doubt I will ever use the camel I got today, other than maybe place it in a house, maybe. But the senche is a little weird with that plate on its dam head, it just looks wonky so maybe I don't want the senche this go around either.

Opened 11 from subbing crowns and got 1 purple item and 2 blues, seems worse odds than other crate seasons

These are somehow much uglier on Live than they seemed in previews. Remind me of the jello mount green senche batch.

Bought my regular 15 pack...pretty underwhelming, got the handful of things I liked so don't need to buy more or spend and gems.

This is two crates in a row where they really felt lackluster to me. The Radiant Apex are nice looking, but effectively impossible to get...

Mounts were meh, just like the last crate set...

Also 600 gems for that frickin' mount seems obscene...between that and the 350 for the dragon stick...I mean sheesh.

The best thing they ever did in my opinion was stop giving free crown crates - I no longer buy them, but before if I got a couple of free ones it would encourage me to buy more!

Wasn't planning on buying many but needed gems for dwarven staff so ended up buying 12 crates, should have just bought the 5k pack with what I eventually spent. Got the dragonscale wolf in 3rd crate, dragonscale bear in like the 6th and decent cosmetics and enough gems for the staff. Sadly the only legendary I got was an xp scroll..

Surprised I got 2 apexes like that tbh, and genuinely really like the wolf for once (ye the name, just imo most eso wolf mounts look odd).

Gambling boxes, they are a blight on gaming and buying them helps keep that disgusting profit scheme profitable . Thankfully more and more countries are starting to outlaw them. In any case that some people clandestinely buy them is one thing. But to proudly brag here how well buying these gambling boxes worked out for you is just sad.

I can also assure you that it didn't make me sad, quite the opposite in fact.

Only thing I wanted, I got with gems and that was the nose chain. I would never pay real money for crates - and even less so as each new season is gradually worse than the last. Re-hashed mounts, pets and other stuff.

Xanmeer crates featured the fewest items I had any interest in of all Crown Crates seasons yet, as only the two pet chickens held any Appeal to me

Today as l looked though the New Dragonscale Crates I realized that Xanmeer no longer holds that distinction. I don't see anything I want in them. I am glad for those who find something they like though.
