I am thinking you actually don't need healing springs for once. They have ba strong enough aoe heal. Anymore and orbs can cover it.
Didn't add blockade because other utility which was empowered.

It's highly unlikely that Life Amid Death will replace Healing Springs in its current state.
The reason Healing Springs is the main heal is because of the amount of healing per second it can do. Energy Orb is the only other heal in the game that can provide equivalent healing per second. The problem with Energy Orb is that it's way more expensive, and not as reliable as Healing Springs.
We don't have numbers for Life Amid Death yet. The only thing we can currently compare is is the amount of people both Life Amid Death, and Healing Springs can heal within a set amount of time.
Over a 6 second period of spamming heals:
Healing Springs will tick 18 times providing a maximum of 108 different heals.
Assuming you have no corpses Life Amid Death will tick 6 times providing a maximum of 36 different heals.
Assuming you have a perfect corpse availability Life Amid Death will tick a total of 21 times providing a maximum of 126 different heals.
In it's current state Life Amid Death is slightly better than Healing Ritual with no corpse availability, and slightly better than Healing Springs with perfect corpse availability. This makes it an unreliable heal, especially if empowering Necro skills removes the ability for others to use the corpse, because you will potentially be hurting the DPS of any Necro DDs in your raid. No other ability in the class has such a vast effect on the power of the skill especially for something which would be roughly the equivalent of the current spamable heal. Life Amid Death needs to have a base healing over time effect of at least 2 seconds, without using a corpse to be able to come close to competing with Healing Springs.

Yeah fair points I still hope it will be possible. I am tried of every trial build for healers needing it. I would like to see variety.
