What does the College of Sapiarchs think of Necromancy?

Does anyone know if the College would study necromancy, or have a good argument for why they would/wouldn't? I know that the Mages Guild/Psijic Order strictly ban it, but I always thought of the College as a more open and flexible institution.
According to the UESP, of the 23 fields of study in the College the known ones are listed below. I might be wrong, but I don't think any of them have to do with necromancy in any meaningful way. (https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:College_of_Sapiarchs)

Necromancy in the TES universe can be both reanimation of the dead (Skyrim and ESO) or conjuration/summoning of the undead (Morrowind, Oblivion, ESO). All of that is tied together under the Conjuration school of magic.

While I don't see anything directed related to Necromancy - though the Enchantment sapiarchs are probably familiar with black soul gems - there's a lot there that's tied to Conjuration.
