Mask style swapped with Shoulder style

Was running Arx Cornixum and i looted the last boss, got the shoulder instead of the mask . PC/EU

Yeah it's broken. Can confirm BOTH the dungeon and the undaunted chests are dropping only the shoulder page.

Happened to me too on Xbox EU. 17 runs and like 3 hrs of farming down the drain. Im not exactly pleased. I hope ZOS at least gives us the mask pages in exchange to the shoulder.

I wish it was that way. Unfortunately I'm sure they won't, because people will farm the much more common shoulder from the undaunted chests and then request a swap for the mask. I know I got both my 'shoulder' pages from completely different sources but many people will gladly try and cheat the system.

I only hope when it gets fixed, the odds won't be so bad as to require the entire month of grinding to get the (second) helmet page.

Im pretty sure ZOS can track where the drop is originally from so theres no cheating them. One can only hope.

I can confirm this is probably true. I have been looking for the Helmet page in guild stores all day and i was wondering why i couldn't find a single one listed Should have checked the forums after the first hour of searching.....

Help! this issue needs to be fixed fast before the style availability ends, OR the Sellestrix style availability should be extended if it takes a while to fix. It's going to be hard to find time to farm the page once the Anniversary event starts.

ok a guildmate reported getting the helm style page on his first run in vet Arx a few minutes ago. Perhaps it's fixed? (I didn't see any listed for sale on TTC earlier today.)

There hasnt been a patch to fix it so I would say pics or didnt happen!

Check the TTC website - there are quite a few mask style pages listed for sale now. I'd say it's fixed.

They have started dropping today. Been faming all day, saw a handful drop, none for me Already dropped the 'fake' one so good luck getting a second one now.

Wouldn't have helped you to keep it anyway. I didn't consume it in the hope that support could help me exchange it, but they replied they won't do anything about it. Such a joke...

I kept them. I have two 'shoulder' pages in my bag, in the tiny hope one might be converted. It stings spending the whole day PUGing and seeing every dog and cat that pulls 4k DPS and dies 20 timed get the page and you get nothing. I love this game but there are days when I ask myself 'should I log in or go play something that actually feels rewarding....?'

Yeah, I feel the exact same way. I still have the "fake mask page" in my inventory, until I hear something official here, but right now I'm just incredibly frustrated. That particular run I finally got my style page (or at least thought so ) was especially painful, with both DPS being below CP 160. Considering that I'm the tank I could probably have dropped out of the group after the first trash mobs and finished two other runs in this time - including the deserter penalty. I still stuck with them and felt absolutely rewarded when I got the style page at the end, right until I saw it was a shoulder page. The answer from customer support was really just the icing on the cake (especially since I know they can add things to collections directly, and just don't want to here). I haven't run the dungeon again since then and am not sure I will.
If I'll continue to collect the styles though, I learnt the lesson not to spend a single dungeon run or undaunted key again before I heard from confirmed drops, since when something goes wrong on ZOS end they obviously won't help you.

Hi Bala;)

It seems that the text search is not working in traders. Got mine by cross-checking TTC with the consumables>containers general category. The masks seem to show up then.

Have no info about the actual drops themselves though, sorry, but the pages are out there now.

Because I've seen people pull the mask page and a guildie gave me his drop because he didn't want it. It's dropping. Or at least it was. Maybe they broke it again.

maybe it's a 50 50 chance, get the shoulder page or get the mask page But yeah, still got the shoulder page...
Maybe I have to sacrifice something in order to get it?
I will try again later and see if I get another page

Today after the "bugs fixing patch 1.46" for PS4, I lost 50 keys on Glirion's chest. No Sellistrix style shoulders at all.

I reported it in game, reported it at helpdesk, at feedback.. they just ship me off with a stupid mail that this was fixed 28.3... lmao... even when i clearly put the date with it.. wich was f.... 2 days ago... what the point of reporting stuff if you ship players off like this
