Elfborn, Precise Strikes and ultimates

Hello,

I wanted to ask if Elfborn and Precise Strikes CPs affect ultimates.

I found an information on the internet that they do, but it is from pretty unreliable source. What's more, Elfborn specificaly states it affects only Magicka abilities and Precise Strikes specificaly states that it affects only Stamina abilities.

Second question, if the mentioned CPs affect ultimates, how does it work?
My weapon damage is higher than my spell damage, my max stamina is higher than my max magicka but I have put more points into Elfborn than into Precise Strikes. Which of the two CP will my Warden Tree ultimate benefit from in this case?

Thanks for answers in advance.

Ultimates use the highest reources and damage stats:

So they add together Maximum Magicka/10.5+Spell Damage and Maximum Stamina/10.5+Weapon Damage and then use whichever sum is higher. I test the accuracy of that in the video above.

    Okay, I understand now.

    And my second question?
My effective weapon damage (sum of my max stamina/10,5 and weapon damage) is higher than my effective spell damage (sum of my max magicka/10,5 and spell damage). My weapon critical is exactly the same as my spell critical. But I have spent more points in Elfborn than in Precise Strikes. In this specific case, will my Warden Tree ultimate fully benefit from Precise Strikes completely ignoring Elfborn?

I would guess and am not saying I know for sure plus I’m console so don’t have addons to tell me things but it would depend on what type of damage your ultimate does ie magic damage or decease damage for which critical cp it would use

And if it's a healing ultimate? checkmate

Not checkmate for me I said I not saying I know

    But
Then I would say the argument would be based on the critical cp that is tied to your highest stat that is used by the ultimate if the ultimate can critical heal that is but even in the case of healing you would have to take blessed into thought to

It would need a test done on pts to see what the two criticals would do and blessed but as I said I’m console so can’t test that with out costing in game money

Testing done for Warden Tree ultimate, here are the results:

    1. Healing of the ultimate scales from effective weapon damage or effective spell damage, whichever is higher.
    2. The ultimate always benefits from Elfborn CP regardless of your stats.
    3. Precise Strikes CP has no effect on the ultimate, no matter how high is your max stamina, weapon damage and weapon critical.
    4. The ultimate benefits from weapon or spell critical based on whichever is higher, regardless of your max stamina/magicka and weapon/spell damage. If you have more max stamina and weapon damage than max magicka and spell damage, but you have more spell critical than weapon critical, the ultimate will benefit from your spell critical.
